The winter football season is in full action and we are starting to see a lot of aches and pains through the clinic from younger athletes. This is not uncommon as the season returns, particularly as young athletes continue to grow and their activity increases.

If you are struggling with Foot, Arch, Heel or Calf pain, which affects activity, a temporary foot orthotic can help alleviate symptoms so your sport can continue.

We know only too well how quickly kids feet grow and change. To allow our services to be as accessible as possible to the community, Podiatry at Totara offers a reduced rate for kids under the age of 13 for assessment and selected orthotics.

Podiatry at Tōtara would like to thank everyone for their continued support over the past year, we have loved helping our community to keep on doing the things they love.

We are taking a break to spend some much needed time with Whānau-first stop blueberry picking at Te Kopia Farm Blueberries.

The clinic will re-open on Monday 8th January.
Till then have a Meri Kirihimete.

We are seeing a lot of school age children through the clinic this winter with some niggling pains that are stopping them enjoying their sport and recreation as they grow .

Alot of these niggles can be in the heel, arch of the foot and ankle. We are passionate about keeping kids moving and enjoying being active in comfort.
