Why do I have a Rubik's Cube as my logo? Because the way I work is to unwind the body naturally to restore alignment, movement and function.

I start by releasing and balancing the hip joints. Then it is easier to release and balance the pelvis, and up through the back, neck and shoulders.

As the tension is released from one area, it becomes easier to release the next area, much like solving a Rubik's cube.

I have found this approach to be the most efficient and effective.
