Hello All,
Today I was out in the wild weather looking at one of my favourite NZ Endemic tree species, the beech trees, and decided to do a short video. We have 5 endemic (found no where else in the world) species - Red, Hard, Silver, Black and Mountain beech. This amazing tree has a perfumed lemon scent when crushed in your hand. All NZ Native plants contain healing properties and Tarata is a less known and used tree for its properties and chemical constituents. It contains and reduces inflammation actions for various skin conditions including psoriasis, eczema and rashes. Both cooling and calming, it is also uplifting on the mind and moods. A very soothing tree which I am pleased and blessed to be working with.
