REQUIREMENTS:
Current APC and NZ registration
PI and PL insurance
Previous physio experience in NZ preferred

If you have Pilates training that would be a bonus, but not a requirement.

INJURIES DONT ALWAYS HAPPEN BECAUSE YOU’RE WEAK

A lot of the time, injuries occur because you want to do too much, too soon and your tissues have no time to adapt.
