As menopause doctors we've done training and exams to learn everything we can about menopause care. Then we do ongoing reading, and listening to podcasts, and learning, to try to keep very current with the latest evidence. It's our job to do that so that we can help you to smooth out the menopause transition. So the idea is to make menopause and perimenopause small in your lives so you can get on with living ☺️
