Bit of pregnancy yoga! This shot was taken across the road from my house this place is so special and sacred to me as I birthed my son in the house completely natural. I bathed in this river throughout the floating and swimming against the tidal flow for fitness. The river was lined with Pohutukawa trees, hence the name Pohutukawa Avenue. 12 years of married life, 2 babies and going with the daily flow of the river

One of my fav things of going to Asia the divine foot treatment. I have trained in reflexology and offer 30-45 minute foot sessions for health of the body and mind. This can be an add on to a body masage or just in its own🌱
