A calm, private, welcoming room is available to rent inside Flow Clinic, perfect for a small business in the health, beauty, wellness space or someone needing a quiet office/admin setup.

The room can comfortably fit a massage table with seating or be set up as an office.

Included:
• Power
• Bathroom and laundry access
• Shared reception and waiting area
• Secured parking options

We’re currently upgrading our larger treatment room to move our ozone sauna pod and creating space for the right person to join our wellness space.

If you’ve visited the clinic before, you’ll know it has a relaxed, calm atmosphere that clients love.

Available from mid-April.
Flexible days available — open to discussion.

You all know I love a good green juice! 🌱 It’s part of my weekly routine. ✅ This is my ‘go to’ recipe I’m sharing with you all. 🫵🏼

Great for reducing bloating, it’s nutrient dense, keeps the immune fighting strong and great mixed with a fibre supplement to cleanse and feed our microbiome. 🦠

Starting my day with a smoothie means I’ve fuelled the body with protein, fats, fibre and nutrients and it keeps me satisfied so I don’t reach for the treats.

My go to ingredients I mix and match with…

lean bean protein (thanks to Bex for introducing me to this affordable tasty plant protein)
peanut butter powder OR
everything butter
supergreens powder

And of course banana, berries or mango. I add in water or coconut cream and I mix up the flavours so I don’t get tired of the same thing everyday.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the strong mamas out there! Our baby boy arrived April 9th and being a mama is a miracle blessing for me (if you’ve read my story online you’ll know why).

While I embrace the wonders of motherhood, Susanna will be welcoming you at the clinic.
