Tēnā koutou katoa!

I have just completed level 1 and 2 Honohono (Māori healing modality) down in Ōtautahi. In order to get signed off and get my certification I need to do 50 takoha sessions (equivalent exchange). I need to do a mix of distance and in person sessions. If you are keen, let me know! I'd love to get signed off ASAP so that I can move into level 3 and 4 🥰

The body really does keep the score, this has been a huge realisation for me over the last few days relating to being able to receive when people offer to help.

I have 50 takoha sessions to complete for both honohono and mirimiri, DM me if you would like to experience this for yourself for takoha (equivalent exchange).
