Hey whanau. How are we all?
We have another amazing fundraising event coming up for you all to be apart of.

Support our incredible Candice walk the Great Wall of China. A stroke survivor and advocate. She will be walking 38kms…. And so will we!

Join us on May 3rd by walking 38kms around Te ara Kahikatea track. Teams of Upto six people. $10 per person.

Or you can always challenge yourself!
Team of 2- 19km each (approx 5laps each)
Team of 3-12.7km each (approx 3 and abit laps each)

Can’t say it enough but this challenge would’ve been nothing without all you amazing people! Your dedication to the challenge rain hail or shine along with recruiting whanau and friends to dig into their wallets has been truly humbling. Our community is 100% the best ever!!

I have absolutely enjoyed all 48 days (hmmm ok maybe not the rainy days 😉) all the high fives and encouraging praise. The whakawhanaungatanga up and down the maunga, the holistic wellbeing and the incredible feeling of completion has been AMAZING!

Collectively we have made over $8.5k to go towards our mama Maia program. This will help mama and their whanau in so many ways.. Poutiri wellness thank you all and are very grateful for your support.

As we come to day 48 of He Maunga Teitei, we are reminiscing on the past 48 days and everyone’s hard mahi has brought together 101 fundraisers
A whopping total amount $8,519
And a total number of 991 Climbs from everyone in total (maybe more then 1,000 as some are non-posted on Raisley) and that’s okay that happens

Day 47 whanau! We’re at the finish line! How’s everyone trucking along???

We spent the weekend relaxing back home at Taumarunui… nothing but space, animals and peace… still have 3 Maunga left tho so better get our butts back into it!

Don’t forget 5.30pm tmrw final climb together with snacks at the top!
