the founder of Holistic Body Healing.

Supporting your body through the healing process and bringing relief through Craniosacral therapy and other healing principles. After many years being a physio I realised I was limiting myself by only treating physical symptoms. Then I discovered Craniosacral Therapy - an extremely gentle yet profoundly powerful light touch therapy that taps into the body’s innate ability to heal itself. By using this as my foundational treatment, while also incorporating principles from physiotherapy, massage and other practices, I have shaped my approach to effectively treat many physical and emotional complaints in my clients.
