Professional development always fills my cup, and today I’m exploring BradCliff Breathing alongside inspiratory muscle training (IMT).
These techniques go far beyond “just taking a deep breath”.
By improving breathing patterns and strengthening the inspiratory muscles, we can support:

• improved recovery + lactate tolerance
• enhanced respiratory efficiency

💥 Break Through | Build Strength | Let It Out 💥

Yes… that’s me yelling (really loudly 😅).
Sometimes you’ve just got to let it all out!

Taekwondo has become one of my favourite ways to train hard, challenge myself, and release what doesn’t serve me. It’s not just about breaking boards — it’s about breaking through limits, stress, and stuck emotions.

Anger in the liver? Gone.
Fear in the kidneys? Released.
Tension in the shoulders? Shattered right along with that board.

Movement is medicine — and sometimes it sounds like a war cry.
