We are very excited to be able to have face to face appointments in ('Delta') level 2 from Wednesday September 8th. Will be strictly adhering to public health directives as patient and staff safety is our number one priority. All therapists will be wearing a masks and adhering to strict cleaning protocols.
Please help us by;
- cancelling your appointment if you are unwell or have any cold or flu symptoms, or have been in a current location of interest;
- waiting in your car until your therapist calls you in for your appointment;
- wearing a face mask and
- sanitising your hands on entry to the clinic.
We will still provide a Telehealth/Video conference if you would prefer or require.
If you have had an appointment cancelled in level 3 or 4, someone will be in touch soon. Alternatively, call 07 5779790 to rebook. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

Level 3 update. During level 3 Bay Hand Therapy is still offering video conferencing for our patients. It would only be in exceptional circumstances that an in clinic appointment would be considered. If you have any questions then please contact the clinic on (07) 5779790.

Level 4 COVID update.
Whilst we are in level 4 for the next 3 days, we will be closed for face to face appointments. If you have an appointment this week, someone will be in touch soon to discuss your options.
We are still able to provide video consultations, and in the past we have found these to be very useful in providing education and ongoing rehabilitation support to our patients - both new and existing.

Thank you to our wonderful physiotherapists who are so passionate and skilled at helping to get hands moving!

And thank you to all the respiratory and rehabilitation physiotherapists who are playing a major role in helping with the recovery of COVID-19 patients.

Happy World Physiotherapy Day.

Today is World Physiotherapy Day with this year’s theme highlighting physiotherapy’s vital but often unacknowledged role in recovery from COVID-19. This PNZ is calling on the NZ Government to increase funding of physiotherapy across the health sector.

COVID-19 level 2 update.

We will continue to be open during level 2 for face to face consultations. We can also provide consultations via video if you’d prefer to stay at home.

We do ask that you stay at home if you have any COVID 19 symptoms, or respiratory symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has been overseas in the last 2 weeks.

You will be asked to wait in your car for your appointment and your therapist will wave you in. Please wear a mask if you have one, and wash or sanitise your hands on the way in.

We will continue to follow strict hygiene practices, staff will socially distance when able, and wear a mask and use screens when unable to.
