Lost my exercise/fitness mojo
With injuries and busy life style.
I have forgotten about me.
Does this happen to you as well?
Next week its back to mental health, exercise and better eating.
Some bad habits have kicked in again.
With a goal in plan we can do this.

Dinner tonight fresh fish, hubby went fishing with some mates today.
Fish is French we just do egg and garlic.
With home made chips they never look as good as packet ones or from the fish and chip shop but a lot heather. We enjoy it and that’s all that counts, and nothing beats fresh fish.

Hope everyone had a good week.
So my update.
Did not have coffee Monday and Tuesday.
Wednesday had one. Thursday no coffee.
Today 1 coffee.
So my plan is next week to have no coffee Monday to Thursday.
Friday is coffee with work friends.
Sleep isn’t going well yet but are getting to bed earlier so is a start in the right direction.
Got to the gym twice this week and will go again tomorrow.
What’s your week been like?

3 things I am changing from last night.
Going to bed at 9.30
Being organised ready for the next morning.
And no more large mochas from the shop.
Bad habits I have got into.
My gosh I am not feeling good today. Lol
Mind you I did wake up with a headache and it’s got worse as the day has gone on.
Will keep u updated on how I go and how I feel.

little bit about me

Hi I am Angela, Mum to two girls a wife two my hubby of 16 years. This past year has been a big journey with not knowing where I wanted to go in life work wise. To discovering that health and fitness is what I enjoy. I join a course at the NZHIF and got my level 4 and level 5 in personal training. I decided that with having the massage back ground then adding the personal training together we could come up with something even more wonderful.

My idea is look into family fitness with having pre teens and cool works they can do as well. Products I enjoy to use. New products to try, and just everyday health and living.
