Hi Future Pounders,

My name is Amy Finlayson and I am really excited to be the first Certified Pound Pro Instructor in New Zealand. I am really looking forward to launching New Zealands first Pound Fitness classes right here in Tauranga New Zealand. If you love good music and drumming then this fitness class is for you! When you join the POUND community you become part of the fitness rebels who like to make noise and release our inner rockstars and just have fun. We spend spend so much time rocking out we forget we are working out! Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements for any age and fitness levels. Monday Nights:
