It's perfect for the cooler climate in Aotearoa, so you can scoop out the semi-solid oil when the weather is cool enough to make monoi turn solid. Lots of our clients have been asking us how to solve this problem with their bottles of monoi turning solid, and you can simply melt your bottle of oil (in a jug of hot tap water) and pour it into a tub.
