Mental Health Mondays

A year of showing up.
A year of tending to the heart of the community.
A year of creating a space where we can exhale, soften, land… and simply be.

Mental Health Mondays,

a place where people can come to receive what they need,
and where I’m held and supported just the same.
It’s a gentle exchange of energy, care, presence, and truth.

This journey has led me back to nature,
back to my breath,
back to the parts of myself I once rushed past.
And one of the deepest shifts has been honoring my rest.
For so long, sleep was an afterthought -
but in choosing to care for every layer of my being,
I chose to reclaim it.

Some spring moments of joy; California quail coming for a korero in the mornings, kingfishers, the bees, the sun rising, the sunsets, growing kai, my son being involved, community, small pop up events with , the tui starting to come back, the trees growing, the green, the smiles, massages, community, mental health Mondays.

What an honour it is to work alongside Mother Nature and be in her elements 🍃
