Consciously creating your life is your gift.

10 years ago I chose to disconnect from the work/hourly wage exchange void.

I chose to walk away from the corporate world and flow my heart's whisper. I had NO Idea I was about to step through massive leaps in my consciousness and my understanding of the cosmos, our spiritual power or how to conscious create reality.

Through my health journey and soul forced me to shift my perspective, challnege All my limiting beleifs around stability, money and safety and take a deep dive into self discovery.

This was hands down, the most profound experience I had ever experienced.

It wasn't overnight, that click bait belief is BS, it was a slow, steady unfolding or a divine rememberence within me.

I sat on the beach, absorbed as much sun and healing light as possible, I sat with my shadows, my judgements, and my strong inner critic day after day, until the inner dialogue and inner beleif began to shift.

Today, I get to share my magic, my medicine, my stories and challenges to liberate and empower epic Soul's I to thier highest timelime.

The Scold’s Bridle, sometimes called a tongue-brake, was a cruel device used in England and Scotland between the 1500s and 1700s. It was an iron cage fitted over the head with a rod forced into the mouth, making it impossible to speak. Some versions even had bells, so anyone wearing it would be humiliated as they walked through public streets.

Mostly, it was used on women accused of being “nagging” or “talking too much” in a strictly patriarchal society—but occasionally, men caught in political intrigue were punished with it too. Its peak use was from the late 16th century to the 18th century. By the 19th century, it had mostly disappeared, though a few examples survive in museums and old prisons.

Today, the Scold’s Bridle stands as a stark reminder of a time when female voices could be literally silenced. You can still see specimens at the Science Museum in London and the National Museum of Scotland—a chilling piece of history showing how far oppression could go.
