I am a healer, an empath, and a passionate believer in the power of using holistic healing to help balance the mind, body and spirit of those I work with. EXPERIENCE “THE Q TECHNIQUE”
My journey as a healer commenced many years ago when I was invited to participate in a healing session. This led to a path of spiritual discovery, not only my own but one where I discovered that I had many gifts and could help others remove their blocks and welcome peace, calm, and balance into their lives. Since then, I have been learning and practicing, and have channeled my own modality from spirit, or “The Q Technique”, allowing those I connect with to ascend to a higher vibration, release blocks and negativity that may be holding them back, and connect with their true vibration and higher self. I also teach “The Q Technique” as a course, designed for everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners alike (see my events page for details). I have a passion for authentic communication and connection. This not only applies to the world around us but also to the world within us. I’ve discovered through my own journey that life can be lived as a spectrum and we do not need to do or get caught up in duality or “This vs. That”, instead we can be anyone or any energy we desire or choose. This also has a flow-on effect in all areas of life; relationships, work, friends, intimacy and everyday interactions. To me healing is one of the greatest gifts I get to share, from being able to help beautiful humans on this planet, to all the really cool things that can happen during a session and we can let go of. My sessions are never just A, B, C, instead, the focus is on what you need. Whether that is energy work, talking, guided meditation, chakra or timeline shifting, or maybe just a thank you and acknowledgment and appreciation. It fills me with so much love when I can help beautiful humans to be free and connect with “Their Truth”. WHAT TO EXPECT FROM A SESSION
Every healing session is different. Sessions are guided by spirit and tailored specifically to what an individual may need. I specialise in getting to the root cause or limiting belief that holds negative or lower vibrational patterns and blockages in place and help guide clients to release these in the gentlest way possible while holding a space of calm and safety. I will constantly and respectfully check in to make sure you are comfortable with the experience. At all times you are in control, and we can take it as fast or slow as you are comfortable with. The main focuses of “The Q Technique”, are to allow you to feel safe, secure and free to unlock and balance your physical, auric and higher self.

This sunday!!! 2 x More for the year, then that maybe it forever! ... If you've been sitting on the fence, saying "I'll goto the next one", just a friendly heads up, there may not be a next one. It's not that we don't love what we do, and enjoy everyone who comes through the door. We truly do! But there are costs involved, hiring the hall etc. And if we don't have numbers it doesn't work unfortunately. My opinion, $20 for 2 hours with 20+ healers, psychics/clairvoiants is very good value. I realise that maybe a lot for some but it keeps the wheels turning. So to everybody whos ever come or come across my table, I thank you so much. Since 2014 I’ve been on a very deep dive exploring the healing world and many different avenues it offers.
My style of healing has been learnt predominately directly from spirit, and a little bit here and there from other modalities.
I’d be lying if I said that my journey didn’t start with seeking help for my own trauma and grief. Through this journey, I have personally let a lot of stuff go, released a lot of anger and ego and learnt a lot of techniques and awareness’s to understand what is happening and going on.
These techniques and awareness's along with guidance from spirit is what I offer you. I offer an empathetic space where there is no judgement and things that have been holding you back can be explored in a safe way.
Life is not a one size fits all scenario, there is always space to learn something new, and I adopt this in my daily life as well as my healing sessions.
What may work for one person, may not work for the next, so every session is tailored for the individual.
Through my journey I've found that having your body open and flowing (energetically) is a good place to begin. When we are in this space, a lot of our troubles and worries no longer exist and we can really see whats underneath it that may be troubling us. It also connects us to our true selves, and gives a quiet space in the body where we can hear whats really going on, or what our true desires really are.
