Yesterday, Pacific Lakes Village celebrated a major milestone with the official opening of the Pavilion, setting a new benchmark for retirement living.

Designed by architects Peddlethorp with interiors by Studio Space, the impressive 2,500m² architectural centrepiece overlooks the lakes and is set to become the social heart of village life. Inside, residents can enjoy a café, brasserie and lounge bar, versatile spaces for events and performances, an art studio, library and billiards room. The wellness suite offers a salon, nail spa and treatment room, with a hydrotherapy pool and fitness studio planned for Spring 2026.

The Honourable Tama Potaka, Māori Development Minister and Associate Minister of Housing officially opened the Pavilion, addressing around 500 people, including residents, local leaders and partners.

Thanks to everyone involved in helping us bring this world-class amenity to life.
