As you may see ... I am rebranding.... still the same me... just feel this fits my current expansion ... as I am looking to support collective wellness in group settings... and alongside individual healing journeys. I have been holding retreats over the past few years .. and wanting to hold space for more of these, as well as support work place wellness days .....we have a little project developing in our Olive Grove; with a beautiful yoga platform, wood fired sauna... outdoor fire pit and little nordic cabins (still in the making).. so watch this space! ... ... I am not the best at social media .. but have had some wonderful support by and (not sure I have even tagged that correctly ha ha) ..
