Adelpha Care is happy to be able to offer more clinics in 2022! We now have the Duo Womens Health Clinic on Thursdays. This is a unique collaboration with Dr Zoe Cruse and Dr Sam Wettasinghe. As Dr Sam's gynaecology clinics wait times have grown far beyond our target, this clinic drastically improves appointment waitlists and has the benefit of 45min - 1hr first appointments and is more affordable for uninsured clients.
Dr Zoe is an Urgent Care Specialist with wide experience in acute gynae issues and prior Hospital based Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She has worked confidently in outpatient Gynaecology clinics as a registrar. From her Specialist urgent care work she has a great appreciation for the medical overview and also a confidence and swiftness with procedures that is an asset to the gynae patient experience.
The patients have had very positive feedback about their first appointment with our Doctor Duo. They begin assessment with Dr Zoe and have the benefit of Dr Sam directly involved in their management.
The Duo Womens Health Clinic is very suitable for non surgical gynaecology such as
*Prolapse and pessaries
*Procedural appointments involving pipelle, IUDs and biopsies requiring local anaesthetic blocks or light sedation
*Gynae care in the context of complex medical backgrounds and contraindications
*Menorrhagia and heavy me**es

*Monitored Ovulation induction
*Dyspareunia
Women can self refer for the Duo Womens Health Clinic and a portion of GP referred Gynae patients will also be given the option of this clinic after being triaged.
