🟡 Why did you choose to be a Massage Therapist?

After working as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for many years I discovered that I really enjoyed working one on one with clients who were recovering from injury or trying to learn something new and that paired with my hands on approach led me to further study in Massage and I haven't looked back since! And it still allows me to work within Sport which has always been my passion and has allowed me to work with some pretty awesome teams and athletes.

🟡 What do you enjoy most about your job?

Being able to have an instant effect on a clients wellbeing - whether it be them feeling better or being able to move better - Massage is my happy place 😁🙌!

Sports med are back from Thursday 14th May!

YAY! We are so excited to move into Level-2 this week and cannot wait to get back into the clinics!

We will be taking all precautions to ensure a safe and healthy place of treatment for our staff and patients as we make this transition!

We also want to THANK everyone in the community for all the support we have recieved while on lockdown!
