I have been a practising Natural Health Therapist since 1995, gaining my first diploma in London and working in England for two years before returning to New Zealand. I have been practising in Tauranga at Green Natural Health, with Jan Green, since 2002. I practise four modalities: Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Aromatherapy, and Blood Type Diet. Massage: Therapeutic, Sports, and Relaxation

Craniosacral Therapy: This extremely gentle therapy uses no manipulation. I listen, via my hands, to what is going on in your body, and in this way both identify and relieve pain or tension held in the body. Aromatherapy: This is the holistic application of essential oils to improve your physical and emotional well-being. Blood Type Diet: It’s not primarily about weight loss, it’s about a return to and maintenance of health for a long, happy and active life. Excess weight often is lost and improvements made to sleep patterns and energy levels. To many, applying their blood type diet feels miraculous - skin conditions they've had for years disappear, the symptoms of IBS vanish, excess weight seems to just fall off, or rheumatoid arthritis goes away....

I find that combinations of these modalities work for everyone, from newborn babies to 97 year-old ladies.
