Revolve doesn't have memberships or contracts so you just pay as you go. We offer personal training for as little as $20 for half an hour. Sessions are tailored to the individual and can range from half an hour to an hour. We also have senior citizens group sessions. We are your newest gym owners!

We have taken over the ownership and management of Revolve Fitness Studio in Tawa. Combined, the three of us have been Personal Trainers here for 30 years. We are excited to bring you lots of new ideas and services that improve your health and fitness experience and continue to be a part of this awesome community.

A massive thank you from the three of us to Alastair Leslie and Suzanne Patterson, who are stepping down as owners but are remaining personal trainers at the gym.

Why is my massage different from "just Massage"? As a remedial registered massage therapist, I am an allied health professional. This means I do a bespoke treatment for the person on my table. I always keep up with my professional development to be for anyone who books with me.
