There are challenges and opportunities in the wellness sector today, with the well being industry becoming increasingly crowded and complex. Simplicity is essential for us to stay engaged with our people and for our practices to remain sustainable.

On our website you won’t find a place for booking sessions. We prefer personal contact via email or DM and of course via mobile. Often people have been referred to us through friends and family, these are the gifts that keep on giving 🙏

It was back in the summer of 2023 that our surf town was under seige when Cyclone Gabriel arrived.

The cyclone caused serious damage to our surf club — a place that gives so much to so many of our visitors and the people who live here.

The dedication, resilience, and heart of this club continues to inspire us and we’re
so proud of the work they do keeping our community safe.
We are sharing this fundraiser because they mean the world to us. 🤍🤍🤍 and by the way Kelly Slater is coming to town (again) 🌊🌊🌊
