Get back to being YOU! I have a huge passion for the body, especially in the way it functions NATURALLY and the beauty in knowing it already has everything we need to function, move, recover and perform. Sometimes it just needs a little help and direction. I love being able to think outside the box with a really simple and commonsense approach to figure out why your injury or pain is there. There's always a way. During my Osteopathy training in (2013-2015) I felt like something was missing and that there was another way to look at the body. ConTact C.A.R.E crossed my path and I knew this was the answer. Changing course from studying Osteopathy, I started my training in ConTact C.A.R.E in 2016 and have never looked back. ConTact C.A.R.E Flinchlock Release is a pain-free method of treatment that releases trapped bone pressure from surprise impacts. These impacts can happen any time throughout your life and your body is able to just adapt, until one day it can't and an injury or pain occurs (it is not 'OLD AGE'!). These impacts could be as small as kicking your toe on the coffee table when you were a kid to being in a big car accident or having a head knock. I can find the trapped bone pressure that has caused your body to function differently and release it this helps ease your pain, increase blood flow (increase recovery) and gets you back to performing (possibly even better than before). What I love about ConTact C.A.R.E is that I don't need a label/condition/reason for your pain/injury. I just need you to describe to me WHAT it feels like TO YOU and then get into your most comfortable position, relax and let me find the true cause to your pain/injury. “My experience with Hanna.
For a long time after my concussion, I genuinely believed I would have to live with constant headaches, blurred vision in my right eye, and an inability to focus for the rest of my life. Every day felt like a reminder of what I had lost, and I worried that I’d never fully return to the person I was before.

It wasn’t until I received a life changing treatment from Hanna. I am so grateful for my brother who mentioned contact care practitioner Hanna, him and myself both desperately wanted me to get the special life changing treatment.

the moments inbetween.

when I started to learn to meditate, i struggled to find the quiet until I got the advice to find the silence inbetween the noise, it’s always there, you just have to find it, to focus on it.

recently it’s popped back into my mind about the inbetween moments. The moments we often over look because we are already planning or thinking about the next thing.

so I thought I’d share a little about what I do inbetween being a Practitioner. The moments that don’t seem like much or feel like much but in all reality they are the moments that make up the life we live and the way we choose to see the world.

being intentional about the inbetween moments, slows us down so we can appreciate what we do have.
