💫💜 how many times have you decided to keep others comfortable while being to worried/scared/afraid to set a boundary?
Mine was always around the need to be liked with one particular person….once I decided ‘no’ they dropped out of my life.
There was no drama but energetically I became unavailable. I gave myself the most amazing gift.

This is a bit exciting!! Watch on live stream this Tuesday through the socials.

It was so awesome to be one of three finals judges this year for the Auckland / Hauraki Dairy Industry Awards - Dairy Trainee Competition.

Having been through sharefarmer judging myself and helped with organising behind the scenes for different regions over the years, I remember the nerves and all the feels that come with putting yourself out there.

It takes courage and drive, but you grow so much through the process and meet some incredibly fun and uplifting people.

Wishing the contestants all the best on Tuesday night!!

A big thank you to all the volunteers, committee members and sponsors who keep these awards running in our region there is so much work that goes into it 🤎

If you’ve thought about entering, just do it next October! And if you’re not ready yet, don’t worry. Enjoy the learning and the connections you make along the way. It doesn’t matter how experienced or how new you are in the industry it will help you learn a lot about yourself, your farming career or agribusiness.

Sunflowers brightening the farm office today, so grateful for the garden on these gloomy days.🌻

The last couple of weeks have been full of hormone and cycle support, breastfeeding care, endo, acne, and gut health work; using nutrients and herbs alongside meds to support the whole system, not just one symptom.

Here’s a snap from the weekend. When one job leads into another!

Grateful to have scored a fun and easy job driving the Massey. It made for a cute spontaneous Labour weekend date tiki touring to check on the young stock and silage paddocks at the run off which ended up being a good opportunity to fix a couple of pot holes in the race. When the sun’s shining - we’re into it!

Today I was lucky to get all my farm jobs done before the weather turned which was perfect timing my for easing back into clinic mode!

✔️ Dispensary restock ordered
✔️ Client supplements, tests & herbal tonics made up
