I have spent the week at the WIPCE conference. The World Indigenous Peoples Conference on Education. It has been the most amazing week full of energy and light, hope and connection. Alongside that were the most incredible markets! This is my new Taonga. It was made by Don Lancaster from Alert Bay Kwak wakw wakw. It’s such a prized possession. My learnings from the First Nations from Turtle Bay were a highlight x

Today I was reminded how much I love Reiki. It’s been a hard few weeks for us here and at times, our grief is still raw, but it’s days like today that remind me it’s going to be ok. I was asked to do Reiki at a hens party and honestly it was so much fun, but also seeing how thankful people were for a quiet moment was a solid reminder, both about Reiki and self care. If you’re loving the sound of having Reiki at your next party, please reach out. It’ll be so worth it!

I made a Himalayan Salt Scrub today and used Frankincense oil to gently scent it. It is going to be amazing to use. Frankincense is the oil that promotes relaxation and balanced moods. It also supports smooth healthy skin, and I don’t know about you but perimenopause and menopause definitely changed my skin. Salt scrubs are detoxifying and make a wonderful exfoliant. Now I love Frankincense but what scent would you want to try? Let me know.

I have been working hard on self care for a while now and these 3 Rose Quartz beauties help with this. Elevating my facial routine has been important as this runs alongside the incredible facial package I have with . The first essential piece is the moon dish which is where I add my facial serum and then use the roller for an all over the face treat. The facial wand is shaped like a spoon and is wonderful for your under eye care but even better is the way it feels on your temples and or sinus area when you have headaches! These are now all available and if this post resonates do it! Do it for you!!
