Lorraine Maguire Therapy - Rapid Transformational Therapist I use Rapid Transformational Therapy to empower people to take charge of their minds and lives. I help people become their most confident and healthiest selves.

Finding this technique empowered me so much that I decided to train to be an RTT therapist myself so I can empower others to transform their lives like mine has been transformed. I began my personal development and self-empowerment journey in 2001 when I gave up alcohol due to its negative effects in my life. Since then I have overcome anxiety, severe panic attacks, food addictions, work stress and confidence issues to name a few. My journey has taken me to many places of support including 12 step groups, mindfulness, yoga, meditation, women’s retreats and even years of psychotherapy. But nothing has freed me of old limiting beliefs like Rapid Transformational Therapy. I trained in London with world-renowned celebrity therapist, speaker and author Marisa Peer, described by Tatler Magazine as Britain’s Best Therapist.
