Lorraine Maguire Therapy - Rapid Transformational Therapist I use Rapid Transformational Therapy to empower people to take charge of their minds and lives. I help people become their most confident and healthiest selves.

Since then I have overcome anxiety, severe panic attacks, food addictions, work stress and confidence issues to name a few. My journey has taken me to many places of support including 12 step groups, mindfulness, yoga, meditation, womenโ€™s retreats and even years of psychotherapy. But nothing has freed me of old limiting beliefs like Rapid Transformational Therapy. I trained in London with world-renowned celebrity therapist, speaker and author Marisa Peer, described by Tatler Magazine as Britainโ€™s Best Therapist. I assessed my goals for the 6 week gym challenge last night and took my measurements this morning and am very happy indeed.

I met 4/5 of my weight goals:
โœ… Bent Over Row 17.5kg
โœ… Deadlift 40kg (yesterday but still counts haha ๐Ÿ˜œ)
โœ… Hipthrust 60kg
โœ… Squats 50kg
๐Ÿค” Chest Press 35kg (havenโ€™t actually done this exercise for a while so not sure)

My measurements I wanted to come down 2cm in thighs and bust and 4cm in hips and waist and what I achieved was:
Bust down 0.5cm
Hips down 4cm
Waist down 3cm
Upper thigh down R2cm and L1.5cm
Lower thigh both down 1cm

It works if you work it! Woohoo ๐Ÿ™Œ

These results aside I have so much more energy, motivation, confidence, strength, flexibility and mobility. And ease and comfort where I had discomfort.

Super proud of myself and seeing how all I teach my clients actually works when you put it into practice. I used many techniques that I teach and they all worked. Especially during mini challenges which I loved ๐Ÿฅฐ

I proved to myself that I CAN DO what I set my mind to.

And I love that on Sunday when it was over I sat and booked all my classes for this week to keep going.
