Once your MMH account is closed, your data there will be deleted. Log in to your MMH app in order to close your account.

We're enjoying those summer BBQs and buffet meals once again.

Foodborne illness, or food poisoning, strikes about 200,000 New Zealanders every year. Following handwashing rules and handling food safely can help you avoid getting sick from food at home.

Some people are more at risk from food poisoning including young children, pregnant women, the elderly and people with other illnesses. Common symptoms include nausea, stomach cramps, diarrhoea, vomiting, fever and headaches.

B4 School checks are a FREE service. It is the last of your child’s Well Child/Tamariki Ora checks. These help to identify and deal with any issues that could affect your child’s learning when they go to school. They are ideally done close to your child’s 4th birthday. This allows time for any issues to be considered before your child starts school. We will inform you when it is time for your child’s check, but if your invitation does not arrive soon after your child’s 4th birthday, please update your details with us. Phone 07 872 0300 for an appointment.
