We’re happy to be starting a new 10 week course of yoga classes on Monday at 6-715pm, and of yoga and yoga nidra classes on Tuesdays also at 6-715pm. Come along and give it a try and experience for yourself the many benefits of yoga for your body, mind and soul.

The classes start next week on Monday 23 September and Tuesday 24 September. Just $80 for 10 weeks (per course). Both classes are suitable for all, including beginners and those with experience.

Yoga nidra is a deeply relaxing practice that you experience lying down with many scientifically proven benefits. We teach hatha yoga and are located at 212 Old Hautere Road, Te Horo.

We have a new 10 week course of yoga and yoga nidra with John on Tuesdays from 6-615pm, starting 15 July through until 16 September. Suitable for all, with some gentle stretching followed by a guided relaxation (yoga nidra).

We’re at Strathean Retreat Centre, 212 Old Hautere Road, Te Horo.

Next Monday we’ll also be starting a new 10 week hatha yoga course on Mondays, also at 6-715pm, also suitable for everyone.

I’m starting a new 10 week Yoga course, suitable for all on Monday evenings 6-715pm from Monday 14 July through until 15 September. We’ll stretch and breathe together, keeping our bodies and energy vital. We’re at Strathean Retreat Centre, 212 Old Hautere Road, Te Horo.

Next Tuesday we’ll also be starting a new 10 week block of yoga and yoga nidra classes (yoga Nidra is a relaxing yoga technique you experience lying down). Its also at 6-715pm and suitable for everyone.
