👋🏻 Hi, I'm Sandra, the proud owner of Salt & Stone Massage and Reflexology. Let me share the special story of how my little sanctuary came to life. 💫👐

Although I've been living in New Zealand for the past 5 years, my journey begins in a small town called Helsingborg in Sweden, where I was born and raised. It was there that I discovered my passion for massage while still in high school, and I immediately set about honing my craft.

Over the years, I specialised in various massage techniques, including Swedish classic massage, connective tissue therapy, and trigger point massage.

I dedicated myself to honing these skills for the next 7 years, traveling and helping people all over the world, from super yachts to wellness spas. Witnessing how my massages brought relief from stress, aches, and pains to people, I felt a sense of inspiration to explore further avenues of healing.

And that's how my path led me to Te Kauwhata in New Zealand, where I've been living for the past 2 1/2 years, and where I finally decided to create my own sanctuary, Salt & Stone Massage and Reflexology. It's a place where I can share my passion and healing practices with others, and I couldn't be happier with the path that brought me here.
