This! I love this.
We all experience moments in life when we are waiting for something that is totally out of our control.

And that can create so many emotions. Frustration, angst, hope, despair, worry, excitement ... and the list goes on.

And I am right there, right now. Waiting.

Practicing mindfulness, focusing on what is real in the present moment, mini meditations (a minute is all you need some times) and not taking this moment for granted, among other things, have all helped me.

If you're in that space - of waiting for something you can not control, what kind of attitude do you have towards it?

If there is a constant tension within your mind or body, it might be time to switch gears, change the narrative and find a new perspective in order to bring some ease and calm back into your life.

If you are taking traditional medicine to help with any medical conditions, please bring them with you - even if you have a whole medicine bag full!

I will give you AND your medicine Reiki at the same time.

Reiki aids traditional medicine to work to its highest potential.

Some client's have found their symptoms are reduced dramatically or completely disappeared.

Others experienced a change in medicine after receiving Reiki, being placed on something that worked better and had less side effects.

Reiki works differently for everyone. It supports you in what you need at the tine.

As our needs are always changing, I recommend receiving Reiki at least monthly to ensure you are supported throughout all of life's transitions.
