Rob (Dr Helliwell) is overwhelmed by all the very thoughtful comments that have left for him and wanted me to pass on his sincere thanks.
For the next few months our clinic will be staff by our extremely capable Nurse Practitioners Julie and Melissa and our Practice Nurse Aimee. Julie and Melissa can competently manage all your health needs, and we will continue to provide excellent service to our community. You will continue to have Lucy, Kerry our new receptionist and Margie answer any of your questions and if any of you have any concerns, please always feel free to reach out to me (Sandi - Practice Manager)
Dr Ian Smith has kindly agreed to assist our practice and will be available for a few days per week until November.
Again, thank you all so much for your continued understanding.

Some of you may be aware that Rob was involved in a head on car accident on Saturday 10th September . While Rob heals from his injuries we will be working with reduced staffing levels, so we ask everyone to please be patient with us. Rob also has back surgery booked for early October and is expected to be off work for several weeks following this.
The past few weeks is a good reminder to us all to be extremely careful on the roads, to look out for each other and to be kind.
Thank you all for your understanding and patience.
