Thank you for trusting us with your wellbeing journey. It’s a true privilege to care for you and to work alongside you as you move toward feeling and moving your best. Your support, commitment, and openness are what make our work so meaningful.

We’re also thrilled to officially welcome chiropractor Dr Sasha Liem to the Chiro Instinct team. After a great first week with us, she’s excited to continue caring for our community — supporting people of all ages to move well, feel better, and stay active.

Our doors reopen with Dr Sasha back in the practice on Monday 5th January and Dr Albert returning on Monday 19th January.

Summer can be a busy time for a lot of people, and as we move closer to the Christmas holidays, we often find ourselves overloading our calendars — finalising work projects, organising travel plans, socialising more, and getting involved in all the outdoor events and activities that come with the season!

Life moves fast, and it’s easy to keep giving without taking the time to refill. But your health and energy matter too 💙

Taking time to fill your own cup isn’t selfish — it’s essential.

That might look like:

💧 We’ve been noticing… stay hydrated out there! 💧

We’ve been seeing a few sunburnt and dehydrated faces coming through the practice lately 😅 — summer is definitely on its way!

When the temperatures rise, it’s so easy to forget just how important hydration is — not just for energy, but for your spine and nervous system too.

Each of your spinal discs is like a little water cushion between the bones in your spine. When you’re dehydrated, those cushions lose flexibility, making it harder for your spine to move freely and protect your nerves.

So as you enjoy the sunshine:
☀️ Keep your water bottle close
🥗 Top up on hydrating foods like fruit and veggies

And if you’re popping into the practice, don’t forget — we’ve got a water dispenser here to help you top up and stay refreshed 💧
