Introducing Gracefit Yoga for Beginners 50+ – Strength & Balance Class, starting Wednesday, 16th July at 10:30am.

A gentle, supportive class designed to help build strength, improve balance, and boost confidence – perfect for those new to exercise or getting back into it.

Cost: $10

Term 2 commences on Monday, April 29th, followed by a 2-week break and resuming on Monday, May 20th for 7 additional weeks until school holidays.

Join Gracefit Yoga classes every Monday at 6:30 PM at St. Stephen's Facilities of Timaru Presbyterian Parish, located at 349 Wai-iti Rd. Don't forget to bring your yoga mat and water bottle, and each class costs $20.
