Summer’s on the way — time to get moving!
As the weather warms up, many of us are dusting off the tennis rackets, golf clubs, running shoes, or heading back to the field for summer sports.
It’s a great time to get active — but also a good reminder to ease your body back into movement.
A few simple ways to prepare:
Warm up before activity — even 5 minutes makes a difference.
Stay hydrated (your muscles and joints will thank you!).
Add gentle stretching or mobility work into your week.
Listen to your body — it’s smart at telling you when to rest or adjust.
