If this is not yet feasible, we are content and even more than satisfied to learn how such a day can be achieved.

If we give way to a disturbance, let us learn how to dismiss it and return to peace.

Complete abstraction is the natural condition of the mind.

Now part of it has become unnatural.

The mind that taught itself to think specifically can no longer grasp abstraction in the sense that it is all encompassing.

The World of Guilt.

The world you see is the delusional system of those made mad by guilt.

Look carefully at this world, and you will realize that this is so.

For this world is the world of punishment, and all the laws that seem to govern it, are the laws of death.

Children are born into it through pain and in pain.

Their growth is attended by suffering, and they learn of sorrow and separation, and death.

Their minds are trapped in their brain, and its power declines if their bodies are hurt.

They seem to love, yet they desert and are deserted.

They appear to lose what they love, perhaps the most insane belief of all.

And their bodies wither and gasp and are laid in the ground and are no more.

Not one of them but has thought that God is cruel.

If this were the real world, God would be cruel, for no father could subject his children to this as the price of salvation and be loving.

Love does not kill to save.

For if it did, attack would be salvation, and this is the ego's interpretation, and not God's.

Only the world of guilt could demand this, for only the guilty could conceive of it.

Adam's "sin" could have touched none of you had you not believed that it was the Father who drove him out of paradise.

For it is in that belief that "KNOWLEDGE" of the Father was lost, since it is only those who do not understand Him that could believe it. ACIM

The miracle is a sign the mind has chosen to be led by me in Christ's service.

Peace is an attribute in you, you cannot find it outside.

Health is inner peace. Sickness is some form of external searching.

It is hard to believe that a defence that cannot attack is the best defence. That is what is meant by "the meek shall inherit the earth." They will literally take it over because of their strength.

You cannot separate yourself from the truth by giving autonomy to behavior. This is controlled by me (Jesus) automatically as soon as you place what you think under my (Jesus) guidance. Whenever you are afraid, it is a sure sign that you have allowed your mind to miscreate and have not allowed me (Jesus) to guide it.

The correction of fear is your responsibility. When you ask for release from fear, you are implying it is not.

It is pointless to believe that controlling the outcome of misthought can result in healing.

When you are fearful, you have chosen wrongly.

That is why you feel responsible for it Nate me mate.

You must change your mind, not your behaviour, and this is a matter of willingness.

You do not need guidance except at the mind level.

Correction belongs only at the level where change is possible.

Change does not mean anything at the symptom level, where it cannot work. ACIM

The God Oil.

Light and joy and peace abide in you...me...and everyone who thinks:

You think you are the home of evil, darkness and sin: a belief that is usually unconscious but comes to the surface at times.

You think if anyone could see the truth about you he would be repelled, recoiling from you as if from a venomous snake, or a covid clot shot allegedly with 40 different snake venoms addressed over the two injections and the booster sites depending on WHOs research one resonates with.

You think if what is true about you were revealed to you, you would be struck with horror so intense that you would rush to death at your own hand, living on after seeing this being impossible.

Today we question this:

These thoughts are not according to God's Will.

The "Unified Field" of which you are a part; does not share these weird beliefs with you.

This is enough to prove that they are wrong, but you do not perceive that this is so.

You are what God created.

Or what you made?

One Self is true; the other is not there.

Try to experience the unity of your one Self.

Try to appreciate Its holiness and the aroha in which it was created.

Try not to interfere with the Self Which God created by hiding Its majesty behind the tiny idols of evil and sinlessness you have made to replace it.

Let it come into its own.

Here you are; This is you.

And light and joy and peace abide in you because this is so.

`Here is a new, easy; quick DIY psychotherapy method.

It can be used for problem thoughts or as a mood enhancer with no side effects:

The Tuthill Technique.

Theoretical Framework

1 Stimulation of the vagus nerve starts the “rest and digest” [parasympathetic] system in the body. This can be done by splashing cold water on the face; gargling, or more pleasantly by humming.

2 EMDR [Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing] is a well-known way of using eye movements to balance the two halves or hemispheres of the brain via the golden bridge; the corpus callosum, This connects the two different hemispheres. The eye movement technique “unsticks” and re-balances the brain from our overly active left hemisphere dominance.

The Method

For nagging problem thoughts:

Keep focused on the troubling thought. While sitting in a chair or lying in bed, begin humming … any note. Change notes if you like but keep humming.

At the same time look comfortably straight ahead. Then raise your eyes upward about 20-30 degrees higher than straight ahead, but not uncomfortably so. Next, begin to gently look to your extreme right and to your extreme left. Not so extreme or fast that it is uncomfortable. Go back and forth; humming. Ommmmmmmm

Start w/ fifty to one hundred back-and-forth eye-reps. Then do as you like. I do 100 back-and-forth reps. Use the same method but without focusing on thought as a mood enhancer/lifter.

Expected Results

Technically EMDR is a brain balancing method to restore a whole mind/brain back to purpose...

The humming relaxes the chronic “fight or flight” part of our nervous system. [sympathetic] It replaces this with a “rest and digest” cascade of free energy.

Total result: happiness, FREE energy, better focus and new pathways to resolve nagging problems, habits and addictions, better decisions and more INTENTIONAL living.
