After your next workout or class, try this:

Exhale slowly through mouth for 8 counts - and repeat 8-10 breath cycles or until you feel the difference in your mind/body.

Before we move - we breathe, bounce, and awaken the body 🌿

Inspired by Mike Chang, this pre-workout ritual helps the body and mind connect.

We start with nasal breathing to calm the nervous system, move into ramp-up breathing to energise, then rebounding (yes, the little jumps that feel funny at first 😅) to stimulate lymphatic flow, and finish with tapping to awaken the body’s natural energy.

It might feel a little awkward the first time, but trust me - everyone’s doing it, and the benefits are so worth it.

The way you speak to yourself, the thoughts you repeat, and the perspective you choose - these all influence how you show up in your body, in your relationships, and in your daily life.

Try this today:

Notice your self-talk. Is it encouraging or critical?

✨Reframe one negative thought into a positive one.

✨Pause, breathe, and remind yourself: “I am capable. I am enough.”

✨Remember - mindset isn’t about toxic positivity or pretending everything is perfect. It’s about building resilience, choosing growth, and showing yourself kindness along the way.
