When a health problem persists, in spite of a variety of treatments, one needs to consider whether the source of the condition has been overlooked. Dealing with effects will not resolve the situation if the cause is not addressed. If you suffer from any of the symptoms below, you may suffer from body stress:
* Pins and needles
* Numbness
* Spasms
* Mobility or joint issues
* Musculoskeletal pain
* Dizziness
* Discomfort
* Stiffness
* Pain
* An illness/medical condition
* Feeling continuously tired and listless
* Not feeling 100% well
How does BSR help with all of these conditions and more?
Our bodies were designed to heal, when we get a cut, we don’t have to think about healing, the body does so automatically, but when the cut is too deep, it may need stitches.
If we take that principle and look at stress, it works the same. Your body can handle a certain amount of stress effectively, but when it becomes too much, an overload, then we need outside help.
Just like the body was designed to heal, it was also designed to protect. If we have an overload of tension, the muscles in that area will tighten around it to splint the area and prevent us from causing more damage, this is what we refer to as locked in tension.
The locked in tension causes compression of the spinal nerves, which blocks communication between body and brain. This means the brain isn’t getting the message that there’s a problem and healing cannot take place.
We often get referred pains, for example if you have locked in tension in your neck you might get headaches or pins and needles down your arms.
In BSR we test for and locate the sites of locked in tension and release it with a gentle but precise impulse. Effectively what this does is it sends a message to the brain to say this is where the problem is, once the brain knows where it is, it can heal.
We do not heal, your body heals. We simply give it the right information so that healing can take place.
