I am also a registered osteopath with a successful private clinic, helping people return to Health. I have worked for the last 30 years with many lightworkers across our beautiful planet to bring peace and healing where needed. This is a time of personal growth and change - are you holding on to old ways or habits ? Are you limiting yourself?
Use your intuition to support transformation and change - flow with ease into the new …. Rather than hold onto rocks and the shore resisting change or holding on to past hurts or ways.
This is a time of potential spiritual awakening and new depths of understanding on all levels.
Make sure your spiritual self care is up to scratch- be aware of your energy fields both around you and your space - and clear and reset where necessary.

This will feel like a full moon amped up extra excitement and potentially a bit full on.
Expect emotional outbursts and releases - expect tiredness and needing naps.
Don’t fight it feel it
Allow for the release as this in turn creates the space for expansion later on March.
You can be doing things to encourage release
⁃ journalling
⁃ Creating
⁃ Salt baths
⁃ Sage or palo Santo
⁃ Use crystals
⁃ Spend time resting
⁃ Spend time in nature
⁃ Sound baths

Be doing your best self care keep your energy and space clear.
Now’s the time to be releasing anything that you’ve been over holding onto or even clinging to. Let go of the shore and be free.

Lotus Divine Inspirations, provides spiritual readings and guidance, and messages from the angels and providing workshops. Debbie receives messages from her guides and from your angels and passed ancestors. Sometimes using Oracle cards to gather more information. Debbie is stepping into a teacher role, working with people to empower them to be able to understand and use their own energies, including running workshops.
