Taken me a while to share this one. But super thrilled to have the video. (Check out the ending when the release happens!! - watch his back legs!) This pony is new to it's owner. She has taken a bad fall off him, for which she has already had treatment for, so it was his turn! Not really a wonder she came unstuck over a jump because he "jumps straight up" (her words). The tailbone is our rudder (yes I say our - makes no difference if client is animal or human), and is also the centre for Contact Care's Coordination System.

Cool session with this big fella yesterday. Was pretty straight forward to begin and when I thought we were done, he made it clear we hadn't! Love the way the horses let us know 💜
There was still something going on with his skull, and as I checked different places he pulled his head away...until I got to the jaw. In fact it wasn't till I held both sides that I hit the jackpot. His owner had had to leave for part of the session, but had made it back just before this, so got to witness the magic. I wish we'd filmed it, cos it was quite a moment. I had him pushing into my back with his chest, and down into my hands with his jaw. So it was a pretty good squeeze! What a release. Once done he walked away, then had a good munch on his way, integrating the jaw further with what we had just released. Beautiful!

Love this kind of feedback. It's why I do what I do. Fractured ribs are not fun! And while a broken bone is not something we address in Contact Care (the pressure has been released from inside), we do address the flinchlocks that often occur around those breaks/fractures, and of course the emotional shock that can come with this kind of accident.

I'm looking forward to hearing her experience with the Pulse Body Web, another tool in my arsenal I sell and hire out for those with severe injuries, pain or post surgery.

This poor young horse rider had a pretty decent fall off her new pony and sustained a concussion. She looked glassy eyed, was very dozey and generally felt pretty blaah. Thank goodness for our concussion protocol, she left looking so much brighter, clearer and feeling a bit more 'back on the planet'.

Always love the opportunity to work with a sportsperson "in the moment". The sport of golf is a perfect example of being able to do that. By releasing the "sensory shock" in her hands, this golfer straight away gained more flow and rhythm to her swing.
