I am a Soul alchemist, Intuitive healer, and Guide of sacred shifts - here to walk beside you, to help you peel away the layers, silence the noise and come home to your intuition, your inner compass, your sacred knowing. Like so many others, I have walked my own path of healing - of unlearning, remembering and rediscovering myself layer by layer. Healing doesn’t always arrive in big, dramatic moments.

More often it happens quietly, in small increments that you may not notice at the time.

A shift in the way your body breathes.
A little more space in your chest.
A moment where something that once triggered you… simply doesn’t.

Then one day you realise the weight of that particular memory or experience is no longer sitting on you the same way.
It may still be part of your story, but it no longer carries the same emotional charge.

When the nervous system has been overwhelmed for a long time, it can only process things in small, gentle steps.
It needs stability, safety, and grounding before it can begin to unravel the layers that have been holding everything together.

Healing is often about creating enough safety for your system to slowly soften, release, and rebalance.

The nervous system and lymphatic system are getting a lot of attention online right now.

Not because they’re a trend…
But because for so long they were overlooked.

For years the focus has been on muscles, symptoms, and “fixing” pain - yet underneath it all, your nervous system is running the show, and your lymphatic system is responsible for clearing, draining, and supporting your body’s natural detox and immune processes.

When these systems aren’t supported, everything feels harder.
You can feel wired and tired.
Puffy and inflamed.
Stuck.
Anxious.
Heavy in body and mind.

This is why they are such a strong focus in my sessions.

Full body massage - 60mins vs 90mins

When people book a full body massage for one hour, it can sound like plenty of time — but in reality, it’s actually quite tight.

Here's a couple of things to think about -

In a full body massage, time needs to be shared between the back, neck, shoulders, décolletage, face, head, front and back of legs, stomach, arms, hands and feet. That is a lot of area to cover.

Also take into consideration time for consultation, getting on and off the table, turning over, and settling into each position, the hands-on time can become even shorter.

If you have specific spots or areas that require extra care - tight shoulders, a sore lower back, tired legs etc an hour can feel a bit rushed.

One hour is good for those who have massage regularly, and have it more as a maintenance session, good for those who are a little bit pushed for time or just want an overall 'body sweep' to touch on each area.

A 90-minute full body massage allows space to slow down. It gives time for the nervous system to settle, for layers of tension to soften, and for focused areas to receive the attention they deserve, without sacrificing the rest of the body.

If you truly want a complete, unhurried experience, I highly recommend booking 90 minutes for a full body massage.

Unseen, repetitive stress lives in the body.

Yesterday I went to my chiro - she is one of those truly magical practitioners who works in ways I’ve never experienced before (highly, highly recommend).

She asked me a question:
“Does this time of year represent a period of big stress for you?”
At first I paused. And then it landed.
For 25 years, this season meant back to school.
Stationery lists.
School bags.
New shoes. Uniforms.
Reshuffling work schedules to manage drop-offs and pickups.
Wondering what class they’d be in, what teacher they’d get, which kids would be around them.
Finding the money to cover everything everyone needed.
Lunches. Time-crunched mornings. New routines. Constant mental load.

I always knew I found it challenging.
What I didn’t realise… was how deeply my body had been holding it.

This is our first year with no kids at school.
And yet.....my body remembers.

That’s the thing about repetitive stress. It doesn’t need to be dramatic or traumatic to leave an imprint.
When the same pressure shows up year after year, the nervous system learns it as a pattern.

Muscles brace.
Breath shortens.
The body prepares — even when the situation no longer exists.

The stress was unseen, but it was cumulative.
And now it’s asking to be acknowledged, softened, released.
Our bodies are incredibly loyal. They remember what our minds move past.
Sometimes the work isn’t about pushing through or figuring it out, it’s about listening to what the body has been quietly carrying for us all along 🤍

So much of what we carry isn’t just in our minds, it’s held in our nervous system.

When life has been go-go-go for too long, the body learns to live in fight or flight.

Always alert. Always bracing. Always “coping.”

Tight muscles, shallow breath, digestive issues, anxiety, exhaustion, emotional overwhelm.....

These aren’t signs of weakness. They’re signs of a nervous system that hasn’t felt safe enough to rest.
