Thought I’d take a minute and introduce myself and my biz to our newest followers. I’m Jayne, trained as a dietitian in 2006, moved to NZ in 2011 and have called Kapiti my home since 2013. I truly love my job, helping people reach their health goals through better nutrition. I set up Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner…Sorted! to take the hard work out of losing weight for my clients and so I could support my two little humans through their early school years 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦. We offer weight loss meal plans, 3 recipes a day, 5 days a week, I calculate your energy requirements, let you know which plan to follow, give you a shopping list for the week which you can copy and paste into your online shop and voila your week’s meals are sorted. It’s sustainable because we don’t cut out any food group. Slow and steady weight loss wins the race, no yo yo dieting anymore, sensible eating and including all the foods you love but in the right portion sizes for your body! I’m also working on a 12 week support package, so watch our page and I’ll keep you updated on this when it’s ready to roll.
