MENOPAUSE TEA

This is a beautiful tea to help take the edge off those menopause symptoms like hot flashes, sleep, irritability, anxiety, bloating, sore and stiff joints. This is a loose leaf tea. The ingredients are :

CBD Flower and leaf -
CBD shows promise for relieving menopause symptoms such as insomnia, anxiety, and joint pain due to its anti-inflammatory and potential calming properties.

Red Clover leaf -
As red clover is high in isoflavones, it is believed to help decrease the frequency and severity of some menopause symptoms, like night sweats and hot flushes.

Licorice root -
Licorice root contains phytoestrogens, which are plant-based compounds with estrogen-like properties which may help reduce the frequency and severity of menopausal hot flashes. NOTE- if you are on blood pressure meds I will take the licorice root out, so let me know

Chamomile flower -
Chamomile's calming effect helps to soothe the nervous system and alleviate stress and anxiety, which can be exacerbated by hormonal changes. The antioxidant properties of chamomile also contribute to overall hormonal equilibrium and can enhance emotional and sexual well-being during the menopausal transition.
