Motherhood is amazing - but it’s also messy, exhausting, and full of contradictions.

You can love your kids fiercely and still crave five minutes alone.
You can be grateful and still feel tired.
You can be strong and still struggle.

How Poor Sleep Stalls Fat Loss and Hormone Balance

You can eat well and train hard — but if your sleep is trash, your results will be too. 😴

Here’s what happens when you’re not getting enough quality sleep 👇

🔹 Cortisol rises — your body holds onto fat, especially around your belly.
🔹 Leptin (your fullness hormone) drops — you crave carbs and sugar.
🔹 Insulin sensitivity falls — making fat storage easier.
🔹 Growth hormone and testosterone drop — slowing muscle recovery.

The fix?
→ Get 7–8 hours of sleep (everyone is different)
→ Cut caffeine after midday.
→ Go to bed and wake up at the same time daily.
→ Keep your room cool, dark, and tech-free.

If you’ve been doing everything “right” and still not seeing progress — start with your sleep.
