Bowen Therapy with Chellie I am a European trained Bowen Therapist with 20 years experience. My business is located at 34 Ruataniwha Street, Waipukurau, Central Hawkes Bay, New Zealand.

I treat people as well as dogs, horses, cows, you name it � Bowen Therapy is a soft tissue, muscle release therapy that helps a wide range of problems to do with muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia. Just to name a few issues I have been able to help people with are Sore upper and lower backs, Sacrum and Pelvis issues, Stiff or sore Necks, Shoulders and Arms, Sciatica, Headaches, Migraines, IT Band tightness, Hamstring and Ankle problems as well as other general body tightness and soreness. I also treat Horses and other animals and again, have been able to help with many soft tissue tightness issues, which can also become behavioural problems. In the case of horses for example, they are animals who are most often eager to please, so if they all of a sudden change, stop jumping, rushing movements, grumpy to girth, cold backed, become nappy, biting, kicking, rearing, etc, then it most often than not is a soreness issue and worth looking into. Most issues can often be greatly improved or even cured after only 2-3 treatments. As well as dealing with immediate problems, Bowen Therapy is a great maintenance therapy which helps to keep the body supple and therefore hinder injuries happening.

Gosh it's been awhile, but finally I have made the journey back across the ocean and am ready to set up my Bowen Business again. I've moved to lovely Waipawa in Central Hawkes Bay, New Zealand and I'll be starting work at 34 Ruataniwha Street, Waipukurau, where I’m excited to be sharing the space with some other lovely ladies, Kristi (Beauty Therapy by Kristi), Mel (ActiveWorx Health) and Victoria (Bods sport Massage).

I'm opening my doors from Monday 5 July and as an opening special, I’m offering the first 10 clients a discount – usually $85, down to $75. I'm not quite sure where I'll be treating dogs and horses yet, but watch this space. My new phone number for bookings is 022 455 7702. I'm really excited about getting to know and help my new locals.
