πŸ‘ CONGRATULATIONS!! πŸ‘

A big shout out to two of our gym members who competed last weekend in powerlifting comps around the country.
Camille Lelievre competed in her first GPC Nationals competition in Te Awamutu, placing second in the under 67.5kg weight class. πŸ₯ˆπŸ’ͺAwesome mahi, Camille!
Luke Wright competed in Lower Hutt at the annual Viking Cup competition, taking Best Overall Male. πŸ₯‡πŸ† His prize was a custom Viking Brothers powerbar, which he has kindly donated to the gym. πŸ™πŸ‹β€β™‚οΈ Thanks, Luke!
Based on his performance, Luke has also received an invitation to compete at one of the biggest powerlifting comps PRORAW 14 in Australia early next year. This has been a goal of his that he has been working towards for a long time! πŸ™ŒπŸ‘Œ Fantastic news!
We wish to congratulate you both on a weekend of epic lifting!

Do you suffer with a painful and stiff Achilles first thing in the morning or after rest? Maybe you find the first few steps of walking painful when you first get out of bed? Or have calf or heel pain when walking or running? These are often tell-tale signs of an Achilles tendon problem or plantar fascia (a common source of heel pain) which can be treated very successfully with physiotherapy. Why not give us a call on 06 8587802 and see if we can help! We can sometimes offer same day appointments.
