Wellness Wednesday Tip: Support Your Knees with Strength
🦵 Your knees work hard, whether you're walking the dog, chasing the kids, or hitting the trails. One of the best ways to protect them? Strengthen the muscles around them.
Try this simple move:
🏋Wall Sit Hold
✔️ Stand with your back against a wall
✔️ Slide down until knees are at 90°
✔️ Hold for 20–30 seconds, then rest
✔️ Repeat 3–5 times
