My first trainings were in abdominal massage. It was my first introduction to holistic bodywork. I love this part of my practice! Recently, I've been working more with back pain, ankle and knee injuries and restrictions.

Not feeling quite right post-surgery?
Scar tissue from surgery, injuries or chronic tension creates stress on joints and muscles, resulting in pain. It can block circulation, cause swelling, pull on bones and organs, compromising alignment. I work gently to free scar tissue, so that it moves better, and encroaches less upon surrounding structures. My clients report that they have better mobility, less swelling and less pain.

Still buzzing after a beautiful session with a client with Crohns disease that has led to muscular dystrophy. Hearing the struggles, the intense pain, offering meaningful suggestions, and working with the pressure accumulated in his skeleton. The immediate result: dramatic reduction in his foot & back pain, a return of balance whilst standing, and a smile on his face 🌟
